* 1 lb. ground beef
* 1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce (Frank’s Red Hot)
* 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
* 1 egg
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 4 hamburger buns
* Lettuce, tomato, onion, and any other desired toppings
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, buffalo hot sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
3. Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, onion, and any other desired toppings. Finish with the top bun.
